Warranty - The seller promises the buyer, at the time of the sale, to back his product for a period of time under certain conditions. If a defect or malfunction occurs, the seller agrees to replace or repair the product.
Wildman - A slang expression used to describe an angry debtor.
With Prejudice - Lawsuit may not be brought again by the same persons on the same subject following dismissal.
Without Prejudice - Lawsuit may be brought again by the same persons on the same subject following dismissal.
Wrecker - Slang for tow truck.
